Sometimes you need a ticket to be more than just a ticket, meaning you need to sell something but you need some additional info. Middletwin has you covered. With our new ticket options feature you can add options to any ticket that you want to sell. Some examples might be:

• Get a guests name to go with a ticket
• Let a guest choose a shirt size and color (multi-option)
• Choosing a meal option

The two types of options that you can collect are text, like a name, or multiple choice, like shirt color or size, or mean choice.

With Middletwin you can quickly and easily create a map for your event/show venue of spaces that you can sell online in your clubs member portal. This can be used to allow vendors or swappers to see available spaces at the event, reserve them, and pay for them online.

1. Easy to create spaces to sell
   With a few clicks of the mouse you can create a user friendly map that you can use to sell spaces at an event for vendors or swappers to purchase online.
2. Its like picking seats on an airplane
   Vendors or swappers can go to your member portal/events section and pick spaces the same way we pick movie theater seats or airplane seats today. After they purchase spaces they will get a confirmation email that you create and you will get a notification of the purchase
3. Day of show checkin
   You can download a csv of all the vendors and during the show you can checking vendors using the list. 

By using venue/vendor maps you can eliminate the need to manually manage spaces for vendors and having to deal with checks in the mail. You can also reduce having to accept cash or checks at the show.

With Middletwin’s new online balloting system, your event participants and other voters can vote on their favorite cars using their own iPhone or Android mobile devices. Middletwin allows you to generate as many one time use ballots that you need for your event, print them out using a standard printer, and all you need to do is distribute them.

You set the time that voting begins and ends, so voters will not be able to submit votes too early or after you have closed voting, allowing you to ensure accurate results.

Even with the online participant voting, you will still be able to manually enter in votes as well, this allows you to handle any situations where network connectivity or any other unforeseen issues might arise.
