With Middletwin you can quickly and easily create a map for your event/show venue of spaces that you can sell online in your clubs member portal. This can be used to allow vendors or swappers to see available spaces at the event, reserve them, and pay for them online.

Vendors or swappers can go to your member portal/events section and pick spaces the same way we pick movie theater seats or airplane seats today. After they purchase spaces they will get a confirmation email that you create and you will get a notification of the purchase - Day of show checkin
You can download a csv of all the vendors and during the show you can checking vendors using the list.
By using venue/vendor maps you can eliminate the need to manually manage spaces for vendors and having to deal with checks in the mail. You can also reduce having to accept cash or checks at the show.
