Groups that have dues have many different types of membership renewals. Annual renewals typically either renew at the same time every year, or on the anniversary date that the member joined. Both of these are very common. Membership renewals can be made much easier when using Middletwin because you are able to give your members the tools to manage thier membership renewal on thier own.
We are able to handle 2 common renewal patterns, passive and active. Members can use both to manage on their own renewals through their member portal. With passive membership renewals, members can simply check a box telling Middletwin to automatically renew their membership on their anniversary date. Their default payment method will be charged for the renewal and they will receive an email informing them of the renewal. Side note, you can setup an email template for renewals that will be used in place of the default email for a personal touch. Member can also choose to activly update their own membership by clicking a button in the member portal that will add 1 year to thier membership, using their default payment method. It’s just that easy.
Middletwin will transfer payouts for renewals when the payments have cleared, eliminating the burden of handling checks and going to the bank.
